Refund Policy

You can only cancel your booking within 48 hours before the date of check in.  If you cancel within that timeframe, we will refund your booking back to you.  

We require an upfront deposit of $100.  We will return your deposit upon successful inspection of the cottage at time of key return.  Any damages found, we will withhold and keep the deposit.

Furthermore, if there are any noise complaints from the neighbours &/or if the Police are called to the cottage for any negative reason, the owner will have the right to hold back some or all of your damage deposit. Some of this money held back may or may not go to appease the neighbours who have been inconvenienced.
