- All indoor & outdoor furniture needs to be returned to its original place.
- The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas (including floors) must be left tidy with all clean dishes/cutlery returned to their cupboards/drawers. No dishes may be left in dishwasher or on drying rack, and the fridge must be empty.

There are strict rules with regards to septic systems. Failure to follow these rules may result in thousands of dollars in repairs.
- Only bodily waste materials and toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet (NO FEMININE/BABY PRODUCTS: TAMPONS, PADS, DIAPERS, WIPES).
